Procurement organisations depend on a good and balanced data structure to get the best insight into their spending and avoid too much disturbance to the business.

When implementing a new tech that supports Procurement’s users and processes, a good data set is crucial to get going. We want our customers to succeed, but we also know that cleansing and structuring supplier data is not necessarily a priority, nor do all organisations have the needed manpower in-house to support such a journey.

That is why we are offering an add-on service focusing on supplier data enrichment and cleansing that will bring up the data set to the right level of quality to allow a good starting point for using the P2Connct platform and a better search-ability and user experience from day one. The data enrichment includes supplier key data points such as supplier legal data, keywords, commodity codes, contact details or similar.

The additionally upside? If you by some reason choose to move away and replace P2Connct with another technology provider, you still have the cleansed data to bring with you - saving more time when implementing again.

This add-on service is a subset of our Admin-as-a-Service offering, but can be chosen separately at any point of the engagement.
