In short, and more specifically, you can delegate administrative tasks related to user, data and content maintenance to our team, rather than hiring and training new employees to handled these tasks.

You can additionally enrich the service to also include front line user support to tackle direct questions or needs from your users, directly within the platform, and let us be the middle-men between the business users and your tactical and strategic employees. This will allow you to build up even stronger capabilities to your team and free up time to do more value-creating tasks within your organisation - an extended knowledgable support arm of your team.

The service can be turned on and of depending what your needs are, also ensuring the right attention is included at the time you need it.
