We wanted to provide a platform that all users can efficiently work with and get empowered from, to get quickly implemented, and provide a base for Procurement to mature and scale while supporting and collaborating with the business users.

Our aim with P2Connct

Our aim is not to build a solution that provides our customers with everything, we are not trying to be a master of all trades. We believe there are tools that does something great for some organisations, and these need to be viewed holistically and support the organisation in where they are, where they should go to and support them along that journey - either for the long run or as parts of that journey.

P2Connct was designed and developed to suit those needs, and the customers we work with are provided with a tool to solve parts of their needs - quickly, affordable and be a part of a holistically way of working.

With our experience and insight, we want to be a supportive part of an organisation that works towards maturing their set up, and realise that there need to be a balance between being full in control from a procurement point of view, while working with and providing organisational users with an easy way to be compliant, without weighing them down in policies, training documents and SOPs.

User Empowerment and Compliance

We are working out of a mindset that each user should be empowered to work efficiently by themselves by delivering transparent information but at the same time bring them closely in when it is needed. Most users want to be compliant but shouldn’t be required to work hard to be compliant.

Our target customers are smaller or midsized organisations that needs a platform to drive users towards preferred suppliers, towards compliance and towards their procurement teams when and if needed.

Linking users and Procurement together

P2Connct acts as a link between what you in Procurement provides to your organisation, and how you want your users to act and work within the selected supplier base and categories. Being it..

  • where to create the order
  • find what person from the supplier should be engaged
  • see if a credit is ok to use
  • what document(s) should be used when working with the supplier
  • when to start a quotation proces or create a new supplier

Empowering your users with transparent information and guidance will help them work in a more compliant way and help you get more involved when you are actually needed
