What is P2Connct?
How does it work?
We have designed our platform to be user-friendly and effortlessly bring users through the ordering process. An organisation should be provided with possibilities and guidance built into the platforms they use and not have to deal with complicated and bureaucratic policies and lengthy training sessions - that they will soon forget anyway. Making a process simpler will increase the likelihood of higher compliance. In turn, the Procurement department will benefit from getting more usage of their contracts and better insight into which suppliers are used and why. To get the best starting point, you can do the following:
- Get started by segmenting your suppliers
- Set up cost centres and approvers
- Select your first users
- Communicate and engage with your stakeholders, and get them onboard supported by our onboarding feature
Mature and scale from the starting scope
Starting from scratch
If your current ways of working could be more mature, or you are just starting to build the foundation for your procurement processes, we recommend looking at this blog post on getting started with an ordering platform. Getting your vision in shape early on is essential, but equally important is not to start too broad of scope, and you need to change direction and approach too often when starting. Instead, start small and build from that. You can more easily mature and scale from something small, but it's more challenging to do when you have many moving parts, e.g., suppliers, data and users.
Processes and other systems already being used
We have built our platform to help our customers get started quickly, without too much administrative work and be a part of a current way of working or replace parts of it. Through the platform, you can decide what information a user should be exposed to like relevant contract documents and key words, which suppliers are preferred to be used, and even if an order or work with a supplier needs to occur outside the platform. This allows you to use the platform as an ordering platform and a way to guide your users to where they are supposed to be - without any additional integrations or communication needed. You can read more about the ordering methods on the platform here.
Getting us involved
If you are still trying to figure out where or how to start benefitting from using our platform, get in touch with our experienced procurement consultants through the chat, and let's talk about how we can support you further - it might not require a lot of work. We also provide access to our Admin-As-A-Service service, reducing the need to up-skill or hire extra in-house employees, which often comes with additional costs.
