Getting users to the platform
Once users have been created on the platform, they will go through an onboarding flow starting from the received e-mail. Supported with in-app guidance and FAQ, your users will be guided through the needed steps and see only relevant policies and guidelines when needed. However, follow up in the period to come is of course key to keep users focused and get into new good habits. Our platform supports this need with relevant notifications and guidance but also provides you data on how your organisation is using the platform.
