Going beyond regular requests (Guided Ordering)
Do you want your users to send requests directly to the supplier? Should the request or collaboration be through an external URL? Or do you want to provide the users with collaboration guidance within the platform? You can do all of that where you need it.
How to work with a supplier or service provider can differ depending on your categories, organisation or agreed interaction and engagement model. You could have internal services you would like your users to utilise more intuitively and not have a platform per area.. Through our platform, you can start guiding your users to where you want them to go and not just use the platform to create regular orders. You can guide them to where to order from, who from the supplier to work with and where to place an order.
We generally work with three ways of working with and setting up a supplier or service provider (internal order external):
- In-platform Request: These are your regular requests going through a predefined approval workflow (financial and procurement up to you), then sent to the selected supplier, requester receives the product or service ordered and confirm delivery, and end with providing feedback on the supplier based on different evaluation dimensions for both you and other users to see.
- URL or link to other order platform: link the user to where you want them to order or work further. This could be a direct link to your existing ordering platform(s), to an internal service provider, e.g., related to facility services, a hotel or booking platform, or even Amazon and instruct your user to use their credit card if relevant for that specific supplier or category.
- Instructions: Some services or products might be ordered and managed centrally without your users need to send separate orders themselves. Examples of this could be car leasing or training courses. Following this logic, you can provide instructions and guidance to your user directly in P2Connct platform, thus guiding them on to the next steps in a simply way instead of having remember where to look everytime.
Having the above order methods in mind allows you to scale the use of the platform to much more than just ordering but also guiding your users in a broader sense like showing who to work with from the supplier, and showing contract elements through our embedded supplier documents management features, and empower users even before they need to create the order.

A Guided Intake and Ordering platform that guides your users
Do you already have working procurement processes but need an user-friendly platform to guide your users to where they should order or how to work with certain suppliers? We can provide you with an easy and accessible guided buying platform that will help you provide your users access to the relevant suppliers you want them to use and show them the next steps - and at the same time reduce the number of queries directly to you and your procurement team. When you are ready to scale up your operations in certain areas, you can easily do that, e.g., start sending requests and approvals through our platform for targeted categories and suppliers.
