Below, we reflect on the various pricing elements and the levers that can maximise your organisation's return on investment.
Number of Users
The number of users involved in a new platform is undoubtedly a relevant and vital question to consider when using any platform. You should be able to scale and develop your use of a procurement platform, considering that you and your users will engage with the platforms in various ways depending on their role, needs, location, or area. You should also be able to manage the costs associated with users.
P2Connct comes with a base price through which you don’t need to consider the number of people you onboard or provide access to the platform. This means you can start from day one with, e.g., a department or location and then gradually increase the number of users from that point on.
In the following phase(s), you can consider which locations or areas you would like to enhance with additional features with a user-based pricing structure.
Company Needs

At P2Connct, we aim not to sell you something you won’t benefit from; instead, we will strive to identify which of our features could support you on your maturity journey.
Essential Add-Ons
We offer various add-ons tailored to your needs and compatible with your current work and maturity stage. Our add-ons are developed with the same mindset as our platform features: scalability and growth. You can activate or deactivate them monthly as required; however, some add-ons may have longer lead times.
Some of our add-ons are related to our admin-as-a-service, training and support, or you can even bring your own chatbot widget if you have one. Otherwise, we have one you can use and even connect via API to your own sets of data and company knowledge base.
Customisation Level
Within the platform, you can access features that facilitate a degree of customisation. These customisations are intentional and align with the vision of P2Connct.
For specific add-on services or products, we can provide a bit more customisation, which, of course, depends on the level of detail and requirements you have or maybe need later on.
Implementation & Support
We can accommodate targeted support for your implementation or provide a higher level of assistance, whether to your key administrators or user base. Depending on the scope, timing, location, or even breadth of additional tools where we will need to bring in certain specialists, this will incur additional reasonable costs.
